Land

The Society has acquired land of Acres 36.52 Cents Facing on Kadapa to Pulivendla road within the Gudur Village, Kadapa Mandal and Ramarajupalli Village Kadapa Mandal. The place has all the required basic infrastructural facilities. The land is facing on Kadapa to Pulivendla road. The plot of land is about 3 kms from the Kadapa city. The Mandal Revenue Officer Kadapa vide his office letter No. SDT/1922/2000 dated 23-11-2000 has certified that the Mohammadiya Educational Society Kadapa is having the requisite lands by way of purchase.

The acquired land is Non Agricultural land and the entire land is continuous and only one piece (copy enclosed in the list of enclosures).The Mandal Revenue Officer, Kadapa vide his office letter No.SD/1922/2000 dated 28-07-2001 has certified that the Mohammadiya Educational Society has hospitals and other buildings are within the jurisdiction of Guduru Gram Panchayats and Ramarajupalli Gram Panchayat of Kadapa Mandal. As these villages do not fail under Urban agglomeration, the Zoning plan is not applicable to the above college site.

Fathima Institute of Medical Sciences, Kadapa-516003, Kadapa-District, Andhra Pradesh is located witin in the Gudur Village and Ramarajupalli Village Kadapa Mandal facing on Kadapa to Pulivendla road in a single Plot of land. The plot of land is about 3 kms from the Kadapa city . The land is Flat. Mohammadiya Educational Society is establishing this Medical College in an expanse of land measuring 25 Acres. This is being developed into a self sufficient campus in all respects, an oasis of peace and tranquility, away from the noise & pollution of the urban conglomerate, totally devoted to promoting excellence in any scientific endeavor, by comprehensive ergonomic environmental planning for Buildings, Roads, Water Supply, Drainage and Sewerage disposal plants, Lawns, Gardens and Parks to ensure 100% space utility with cost effectiveness. The buildings are situated at strategic locations to optimize the functional efficiency of various facilities and its utilization.

The buildings with architectural splendour will be set in sylvan surroundings by imaginative arrangements of lush green lawns, parks, gardens, and fountain dotted with shady trees and medicinal shrubs. The majesty of the portals, magnificence of the buildings, serenity of the environment, orderliness in the administration and dedication in the management of the academy will infuse a sense of salubrious atmosphere for the patients and students in the campus.

The land is facing to Kadapa to Pulivendla road. The plot of land is about 3 kms from the Kadapa city.

Public Transport

The public conveyance facilities are excellent and this area is connected through A.P.State Road Transport Corporation which is running bus services to all the surrounding areas and neighbouring districts. The town of Kadapa has a rail line connecting surrounding areas and also other districts in the state. The railway line is Hyderabad - Tirupathi main line and also Chennai - Mumbai with important junctions like Renigunta and Guntakal Few express trains and many passenger trains are running on this line. Kadapa Railway station has computerized railway reservation system.

Location & Access

General

The Society has made the requisite provisions for Water, Drainage, Pollution Control etc.

Electric Supply

The required power supply is provided by the A.P.Transco for the present 300 bedded hospital. The Mohammadiya Educational Society obtained the required 750KVA power supply that will be required after expansion of the hospital. And also has 2 genarators of 500KVA.

Water Supply

Sufficient water is available from borewells, which is suitable for drinking. Underground water sump and overhead tank with sufficient capacity is provided. Sub storage tanks are also planned over the buildings. Availability of water is sufficient to take care of the requirements of the expanded hospital.

Sewage Disposal

Sufficient capacity of sewage lines and septic tanks are provided to take care of the solid and liquid waste from the campus.

Incineration Plant

For the purpose of Bio-medical waste disposal incineration plant will be provided as per the guidelines of the pollution control board in future, Presently we have aggreement with the Bio Medical waste disposal company approved by the pullution control board.

Well-developed communication facilities are available at Kadapa such as Intercom, Post Office, Telegraph Office, Tele communications, Telex, Fax, Internet and Cellular phones.
